The Momentum Table was created by two women who have spent their careers building companies, backing founders, and opening doors — and who knew the most valuable conversations rarely happen in a boardroom.
Jill Earthy
Jill is a strategic advisor, board director, investor, and multi-time CEO with a career devoted to strengthening the Canadian business ecosystem. She has led organizations focused on accelerating small business growth, championed innovative capital models, and served on numerous boards of directors. She co-hosts The Momentum Table because she knows firsthand how rare (and how powerful) it is when women leaders gather without agenda.
Amber Bezahler
Amber is a serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits, a former venture capital Operating Partner, and a growth executive who has built and scaled platforms for some of the world's most recognized brands. Having sat on both sides of the fundraising table, she brings a rare combination of founder instinct and investor perspective. She co-hosts The Momentum Table because she knows the right room with the right women changes everything.
